Coolest Thing I’ve Seen on PropertyRoom.com: Many years ago, we auctioned off a 35 foot boat for a client. We don’t usually get a lot of boats – especially not in that size range – so it was cool and interesting.

Favorite PropertyRoom.com Service/Feature: I like how we are able to offer Law Enforcement a service that will empty out their property rooms and yet, not break the chain of custody of that property.
