You know how they say time is money?

That was definitely the case when one of our sharp-eyed watch experts spotted a gorgeous silver satin wristwatch with rose gold and jewel detail among a bag of items from one of our clients, and sent it out for authentication and appraisal.

Turns out Property Room had come across a Patek Philippe 18KT Rose Gold Swiss Watch, a classic handmade creation that harkens back to Antoni Norbert Patek and Adrien Philippe,  the creative masterminds who in 1851 founded Geneva’s oldest independent family-owned watch manufacturer, Patek Philippe & Co. The company is famous for its fine workmanship that results in some of the most beautiful timepieces in the world.

A watch as beautiful as the one Property Room found can typically retail around $120,000, but one of our lucky customers nabbed it after bidding at $76,000. Quite a discovery that will last for years to come.
